Our Favorite Brunch Spots Across Miami

Brunch has been a Miami pastime since long before it became trendy across the country, so it’s no surprise that we have a long list of institutions to choose from. But if you’re looking for a new spot, here are five  brunch spots across Miami that our team is raving about.

Maty’s

Led by head chef Valerie Chang, Maty’s in Miami’s midtown serves up high-quality Peruvian cuisine. That may not sound too unique in a place like Miami, but Maty’s is its own thing. Family-run, they serve a menu that delivers citrus-flavored dishes—such as kanpachi, ocean trout, and oxtail saltado—that only gets better with each visit.

Little Hen

Little Hen serves up English-inspired brunch and breakfast-y goodness. The menu features classics such as smoked salmon & bagels, buttermilk pancakes, and truffled huevos rancheros. There’s also a selection of afternoon teas, complete with macarons and petite sweets. Little Hen serves up a great breakfast and has the perfect selfie scenery.

Phuc Yea

The perfect place for bottomless mimosas (and other bottomless options), Phuc Yea is perfect for friends to spend the late morning. There’s plenty of pho and Latin-inspired dishes here as well as great hangover cures. Phuc Yea is a great way to start the day (or if it’s still going from yesterday, a great way to cap it off).

Serena

Situated on the 2nd floor balcony of the Moxy Hotel in South Beach, Serena combines a number of Oaxaca and Mexico City cuisines for great effect. With a brunch menu that’s available Saturdays and Sundays, they serve Mexican deviled eggs, tres leches french toast and egg & cheese tostadas. With a great menu and luxurious atmosphere, Serena is truly like living in a vibrant mosaic.

Ol’ Days

If you’re looking for all-day, farm-to-table brunch, then Ol’ Days is for you. You’ll enjoy their signature lattes alongside tapioca bites and their delectable oats and yogurt pancake flaked with coconuts. The menu, and the flair are both elegantly traditional.

Finding your next home is more about the house itself. You have to consider schools, nightlife and yes, even brunch menus to keep you ready to meet the day.
