The month of November was certainly an important one for the Pinecrest real estate market. The average price per square foot was $288.00 last month. This is the highest price per square foot we have seen in the last 15 months. There were only 25 new listings in Pinecrest in the month of November. This is the lowest number of homes we have seen hit the market since December of last year. With low inventory and high price per square foot, we are in a seller’s market. Interested in selling? Last month, the Village of Pinecrest saw the lowest number of homes for sale than it has in any month in over a year. There were 111 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November. This is a drastic drop from the 170 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November of 2011. Thinking of selling, or considering purchasing a house? Now is the time.
