The month of November was certainly an important one for the Pinecrest real estate market. The average price per square foot was $288.00 last month. This is the highest price per square foot we have seen in the last 15 months. There were only 25 new listings in Pinecrest in the month of November. This is the lowest number of homes we have seen hit the market since December of last year. With low inventory and high price per square foot, we are in a seller’s market. Interested in selling?
