Last month, the Village of Pinecrest saw the lowest number of homes for sale than it has in any month in over a year. There were 111 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November. This is a drastic drop from the 170 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November of 2011. Thinking of selling, or considering purchasing a house? Now is the time. Last month we saw a couple of very positive things happen in the Village of Palmetto Bay real estate market. With the lowest number of homes for sale in over a year, that would have already been a great time for sellers to consider listing their home, but that’s not all. The Village of Palmetto Bay also had the most number of homes placed under contract than any other month in the last year.
