I had a wonderful opportunity recently to participate in an event to bring awareness to Miami Children’s Hospital’s “Bald, Brave, Beautiful” project. The goal of this project is to raise funds to help find a cure and provide hope to children with cancer. Grammy Award-winning artist, Gloria Gaynor, rewrote the words to her iconic song I Will Survive in support of this wonderful project. Gloria Gaynor even traveled to Miami Children’s Hospital in September to record the revised song, and film the music video. The participants in the music video include current or past patients, their families, and Miami Children’s Hospital employees.
