Local farmer’s markets are becoming more popular and are a great way to find a wide shopping selection from local sellers for all needs and budgets all in one place. Whether you’re shopping for dinner ingredients or a unique or custom gift option a farmer’s market is a great place to find it. One of my favorites is the Coral Reef Farmer’s Market. Last month we saw a couple of very positive things happen in the Village of Palmetto Bay real estate market. With the lowest number of homes for sale in over a year, that would have already been a great time for sellers to consider listing their home, but that’s not all. The Village of Palmetto Bay also had the most number of homes placed under contract than any other month in the last year.
