Palmetto Bay Market Update

I have quite a few well-qualified buyers interested in purchasing homes in the Village of Palmetto Bay. The problem we have: a lack of inventory, (meaning active listings). In February of this year, we saw the lowest number of single family homes for sale than in any month over the last year. There were only 77 homes for sale in the Village of Palmetto Bay last month, compared to 111 homes for sale in February of 2012. With 40 homes going under contract last month, it is a great time to sell! Contact me for a complimentary analysis of your home, or to schedule an appointment to discuss purchasing one.
