Pinecrest is a beautiful and charming village in Miami-Dade county. It’s a quiet community with less than 20,000 residents (as of the 2010 census). Perfect for families and people who want to be near the city but prefer a more serene atmosphere, Pinecrest has great schools and a highly desired location. One of our favorite destinations in Pinecrest? Pinecrest Gardens, once known as Parrot Jungle and Gardens, which was one of the first tourist attractions in Miami. Last month, the Village of Pinecrest saw the lowest number of homes for sale than it has in any month in over a year. There were 111 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November.
