Remembering September 11th

On a day of remembrance, it is moving to see the respect and admiration our firefighters in the Riviera Fire Department, in Coral Gables, have for the fallen and those affected on September 11th, 2001. To our neighbors across the street from EWM Coral Gables at the Riviera Fire Department, we thank you for lifting our spirits today, and for all that you do. As Americans, we will never forget that day, and we move forward together with a stronger pride in our country.

With the average price per square foot in Coral Gables being one of the highest we have seen in the past twelve months, and inventory being low, our market is fast approaching, if not already in, a seller’s market.
