This weekend, January 26-27, Pinecrest Gardens will be holding its 10th Annual Fine Arts Festival. The festival will be open from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Admission to the festival is free! Approximately 60 artists from all over the world will be exhibiting their art throughout the gardens. There will be live music, and an assortment of food vendors. Last month we saw a couple of very positive things happen in the Village of Palmetto Bay real estate market. With the lowest number of homes for sale in over a year, that would have already been a great time for sellers to consider listing their home, but that’s not all. The Village of Palmetto Bay also had the most number of homes placed under contract than any other month in the last year.
