Local farmer’s markets are becoming more popular and are a great way to find a wide shopping selection from local sellers for all needs and budgets all in one place. The Coral Gables single family home real estate market has certainly remained very active. Last month was a great month for sellers. In the month of May, there were 272 homes for sale. This is the lowest number of homes for sale this year. 67 homes went under contract, and that is the highest number of homes going under contract this year. That would already be impressive, but what really shows the market is the number of homes that sold. 56 homes sold last month, which is the highest number of homes sold in any month this year. The numbers are in! There were 14 homes sold in the Village of Pinecrest during the month of May. This is the highest number of million dollar homes sold in any month over the last year. The month of November was certainly an important one for the Pinecrest real estate market. The average price per square foot was $288.00 last month. This is the highest price per square foot we have seen in the last 15 months. There were only 25 new listings in Pinecrest in the month of November. This is the lowest number of homes we have seen hit the market since December of last year. With low inventory and high price per square foot, we are in a seller’s market. Interested in selling?
