Coral Gables Market Update June 2014

 The Coral Gables single family home real estate market has certainly remained very active. Last month was a great month for sellers. In the month of May, there were 272 homes for sale. This is the lowest number of homes for sale this year. 67 homes went under contract, and that is the highest number of homes going under contract this year. That would already be impressive, but what really shows the market is the number of homes that sold. 56 homes sold last month, which is the highest number of homes sold in any month this year. 11th Annual BNI Miami-Dade Charity Golf Tournament

It is that time of year, again! The 11th Annual BNI Miami-Dade Charity Golf Tournament benefitting Big City Mountaineers is just around the corner. The tournament will take place on Friday, September 20, 2013, at the historic Biltmore golf course. Lunch begins at 12:00 P.M., followed by a shotgun start, 18-hole scramble at 1:00 P.M. The cocktail reception and silent auction will begin at 6:00 P.M. We are still accepting golfers, silent auction items, and donations. We hope to see everyone there! Coral Gables Market Update

The month of June was an interesting one for the Coral Gables real estate market. After a dip in the average price per square foot in May after a steady increase since the beginning of the year, the average price per square foot for closed sales jumped to $416.
