This weekend, January 26-27, Pinecrest Gardens will be holding its 10th Annual Fine Arts Festival. The festival will be open from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Admission to the festival is free! Approximately 60 artists from all over the world will be exhibiting their art throughout the gardens. There will be live music, and an assortment of food vendors. The 62nd Annual Beaux Arts Festival will be taking place this weekend, January 19-20, 2013 at the Lowe Art Museum, on the University of Miami campus. The festival will be open from 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. on Saturday and Sunday. Visitors will view pieces from over 200 juried exhibitors from around the world, live music, delicious dining options, as well as free admission to the Lowe Art Museum. Last month, the Village of Pinecrest saw the lowest number of homes for sale than it has in any month in over a year. There were 111 single family homes for sale in Pinecrest in November.
