“Return of the bidding war for South Florida Homes” and “Miami Herald Goes House Hunting”. These are two articles that have been printed by the Miami Herald in the past two weeks about the market in South Florida. A few things that are similar about these articles: Both mention how the market in South Florida is bouncing back (and rather quickly), and interestingly enough, they both quote members of EWM as experts in the business. After a five year hiatus, The City of Coral Gables is bringing back the 4th of July fireworks to the historic Biltmore Hotel! A special thanks to key sponsor Bacardi U.S.A, and several others including Del Monte, The Collection, the University of Miami, and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. All of us at The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce are thrilled to have this celebration back in our City Beautiful! The event begins Wednesday, July 4th, 2012, at 5:00 P.M.
