Coral Gables Market Update

The month of June was an interesting one for the Coral Gables real estate market. After a dip in the average price per square foot in May after a steady increase since the beginning of the year, the average price per square foot for closed sales jumped to $416. Palmetto Bay Market Update

I have quite a few well-qualified buyers interested in purchasing homes in the Village of Palmetto Bay. The problem we have: a lack of inventory, (meaning active listings). In February of this year, we saw the lowest number of single family homes for sale than in any month over the last year. There were only 77 homes for sale in the Village of Palmetto Bay last month, compared to 111 homes for sale in February of 2012. Pinecrest Gardens Fine Arts Festival

This weekend, January 26-27, Pinecrest Gardens will be holding its 10th Annual Fine Arts Festival. The festival will be open from 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Admission to the festival is free! Approximately 60 artists from all over the world will be exhibiting their art throughout the gardens.  There will be live music, and an assortment of food vendors.
